Nichole has over 15 years of experience behind the chair with specialties in color services, up to date hair cutting and styling, extensions, and bridal/special occasion hair. After managing her former salon for five years, she has finally taken the next step in her career to work independently to ensure the best experience for her clients. With much gratitude she welcomes you to Hair by NM.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations need to made at least 48 hours in advance for any color service. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance for those services will be charged 25% of the total of those services. Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged 50%. No shows will be charged the full 100%. A non refundable deposit is required for all clients booking a highlighting/balayage/color correction/keratin/extension appointment. That deposit will be used towards their services. If you cancel the day of or no show, you forfeit the deposit and it will not go towards your next booking.
